Please note that Jelore lusso will offer either an exchange or refund for any styles purchased through our online shopping site, once returned unworn, with all the original packaging and receipt within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds for styles returned are usually issued on the day that we Recieve back the item and your refund will leave our account. However, the payment may take between 10-15 working days to appear back into your account depending on your service provider policy. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way! as we will not credit for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
As the parcel remains your responsibility, Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning your unwanted order and send to: Customerservices@jelorelusso.com
If we notice that the order have been worn and then returned back to us , we will have to return the item back at your own cost of paying for the delivery fee and we will also deactivate your account.
